I was introduced to Ann from a realtor in Oklahoma where I was selling my house. I had a short notice move and drove to Colorado to meet with her to look at houses. She had set up I think about 40ish houses even set me up with a mortgage loan officer that she recommended and that was a great experience as well. We looked at houses for 12 hours a day for about 3 days. She was very knowledgeable about the market and areas we were looking. Made me feel confident in my choices. After I found a house we put in an offer and she was on the ball. Whenever I had a question she always responded so quickly. Since I had to sell my house in Oklahoma first before I could close on the one in Colorado she stayed in contact with my realtor there and made sure things were moving smoothly on both ends. Buying a house is a stressful event and all the paperwork can get overwhelming. Ann explained everything so well that it was much easy to understand.
