Selling is stressful and with her by your side she understand that and really provides the support you need to make it less stressful and more at ease. Whenever we felt uncertain or nervous, she was there instantly and made us feel comfortable with the process. She helped with purchase negotiations and when there was some inappropriate wording in the offer, she was right on it and great at standing by our side and negotiate terms that were satisfactory for all. She can also read people well. Prior to one of our Open Houses she noticed I was stressed and offered me a hug. I took the offer and it was the best Hug ever. Just exactly what I needed. As first time home buyers band and a young family, Scott and Ann couldn't have made it any easier!
