My Wife and I were looking to purchase our first home. As a digital savvy pair we were fairly convinced that we could use an online realtor site without much issue. After a few attempts to schedule viewings and some less than ideal customer service we quickly realized we needed to turn to the experts. We've known Anne and Dave for several years and were very excited to work with them to take this very important step in our lives. As first time home owners our wish list far outweighed what would be considered realistic. Yet, Anne and Dave stuck by us and put together a winning list of properties for us to explore. My favorite home tour with Anne was one in which I listed out all of the things I hated about the home we viewed. Anne's reaction was to tell me "It's my job to learn what you like and don't like in detail to make sure the next home tour is better than the last"...that was terribly refreshing! We finally found a gem of a home, new construction, unlisted. My wife and I were terribly nervous to put in an offer. Anne walked us through all of the logical questions a new home buyer should ask, calmed our nerves, and let us make a decision. Though the property was not yet listed, we had placed an offer and were 'under contract' within 24 hours. During the escrow process Anne noted a bit of misleading marketing collateral and jumped on the opportunity to get us some value adds as part of the purchase! The entire process took little more than a month, and I can say it could never have gone so smoothly if it wasn't for Anne and Dave. They really care and it shows. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Ann is awesome, both on a professional and personal level! Above, beyond, and then some--that's what Ann's work is. Buying a home in this area is a difficult and depressing process sometimes but with Ann's help we pushed on and finally hit the jackpot. From late Sunday night work to constantly quick and dedicated feedback, you couldn't ask for more. Ann helped us by driving all over creation to look at homes, by being 100% on top of the maddening technical details of home-buying, and by being a kind and genuine person. Not only would I recommend her (and have) I would recommend that you use no one else!
