Ann was so on top of things from listing to closing, all of which took place in less than a month. I was so impressed by her professionalism. I can imagine that dealing with five offers might be overwhelming, but she handled everything with grace and ease.

We didn't have a realtor when we met Ann at an open house she was hosting. We had just starting to look for a house and didn't even know in what neighborhood we wanted to live. We told her about our wants and needs and she really listened. She explained the trade offs of the different areas in and around Santa Barbara and we eventually found a house on the Mesa. Ann was super helpful and responsive through the whole process. Her advice was spot on. Since we were in Northern California, Ann was at the house for the inspections and supported us all along. And she was just as responsive and helpful after the closing as she was before.

She adapted readily to our preferences and timeline and was willing to go the extra mile for us -- she videotaped a place we were interested in but couldn't visit, she got us into places that weren't available for showing or not yet on the market, she was extremely patient when we changed our minds about something for the 20th time... I could go on. In the end, we found an amazing place, thanks to Ann's negotiations skills and market savvy. And what a fun person to take the journey with! Highly recommended.
