Worst agent and Coldwell Banker in the center of Branford, CT the worst agency I ever experienced. Ann Marie was manipulative, coercive, pushy, did not listen to what we wanted to do and just acted according to her own agenda. Pushed and coerced until we felt we had to sign what she wanted us to, even though we kept saying no. Manipulated one spouse against the other to get her way and caused a fight between spouses. Said to Spouse 1 (in their mid 70s) that Spouse 2 "made me cry" then "sorry you have to go through this""you are an angel." She did not apologize when called out on this unprofessional behavior-gave a non-apology response (we all know what that is). First meeting- she only spoke badly about the house itself to price it lower for a fast sale. (We didn't and did not need to). She did not research the area or ask us about the neighbors and had an open house where neighbors said negative things that effectively had a negative effect on potential buyers that were present.She did this without contracting with us or having a discussion. Ann Marie did not keep the property secured. She did not ensure that the house was closed up and secure after showings she did not attend. The day after a showing she did not attend, the house was found with the back door wide open and a screen damaged, but not from breaking in. Someone had used the lockbox Ann Maire placed, but Ann Marie would not inquire who went in without permission. She also stated should would not ask the agent for the person who just made an offer if it was them.

Working with Ann Marie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She helped us successfully sell our home and also found us the perfect condo in Branford. Throughout the entire process, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for us. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Ann Marie made it feel seamless. She guided us every step of the way, kept us informed, and always had our best interests in mind. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the market gave us complete confidence throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication.
