Anna Kahn was absolutely fantastic.she helped my wife and me get an apt in midtown ..which we love.She is very patient ,never "pushy".Although we live in houston,Tx , it was very easy dealing with her. Even after buying the Apt. she went out of her way to help us(as we did a few renovations)

I write, not as a buyer or seller, but as an attorney who has worked with Anna. She has represented my clients in several real estate transactions over approximately 2-3 years, both as buyers and sellers, for coop and condo units in Manhattan. If I can convey anything about Anna here, it is that in her representation of all of my clients, she consistently placed the interests of the clients above all else, including any urge to close the deal. With one transaction in particular, where there were developments that were not in her and my clients interest, she advised the client without hesitation that the client should walk away from the deal unless the situation was rectified. She worked closely with me to aggressively negotiate, and as a result, the other party conceded to make changes and the deal closed. In my experience, Annas willingness to look out for the client, even to the point of abandoning the transaction, is not common. Perhaps less dramatic, but equally demonstrative of the point, Anna was in regular contact with each of my clients, following up with the coop board, management, or the other party to the transaction. She had a good sense of what my buyer clients were looking for in a home, and she was very effective at preparing for and following through with my sale clients listings. She had one particularly difficult unit to sell, but kept at it, and was able to sell the unit where a prior, less attentive broker had failed. She was always aware of what was going on with the transaction at hand, and she would frequently raise with me concerns that she had, so we could address them for the client together. Again, based on my experience, her commitment to the client is rare. I continue to recommend her enthusiastically to clients of mine.

Working with Anna to find our apartment was a pleasant experience. Anna showed a genuine interest in our needs, took time to get to know us and ensured that we saw only appropriate apartments. Anna is simply the best professional I've ever met. She prepared the tour of the properties based on my expectations and organized everything perfectly - everything without ever meeting in person before. Honestly I didn't expect half of what she delivered. Anna made sure I had perfect idea of what properties were available, what was the market like and also literally forced me to overcome my laziness and see the properties that were all within the budget and requirements I had location wise. She helped me to decide as I don't know the city that well. In retrospect I couldn't be more happy with the decision. The process of purchasing and price negotiation couldn't be smoother and basically we had a deal within 48 hours. After purchasing the apartment Anna found tenants for me and again did everything on my behalf. The only thing left for me was to sign the lease contract. Anna is taking care of the apartment ever since and there was not a single issue I would have to deal with. It's important to understand that while describing my experience with Anna I also compare her to other people in different cities in USA and Europe where I was also purchasing similar properties. I honestly wish I had Anna in every single city in which I had to deal with real estate transactions.
