We just bought a Freddie Mac foreclosure in the Sierra foothills and used Anna Newkirk as our agent. She is an A+++ agent and went out of her way to be flexible with her time and setting up showings for us. We had a very narrow search criteria and she never tried to over sell us on what we were looking for. Anna always kept on top of our deal and always communicated with us on what was going on. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, organized and has a lot of integrity. She always returned phone call and email immediately. I highly recommend using her for your next real estate deal.

4.0 star ratingI just had to write about my experience with a home purchase recently.Anna Newkirk was my agent and she did a great job handling the purchase of a short sale. I tried to buy a short sale last year with another agent, but he was completely ineffective and after 7 months of no action, we dropped it. This time we used Anna and got a much better result.Anna was much more pro-active and was able to push the deal through. In just about 5 weeks, we went from offer to closing! What a relief.Merced is full of great homes and great people. We will continue using Anna for other great deals.
