03/29/2021 - Highly likely to recommend | 5.0The best real estate agent ever. I had a problem tenant that my first real estate agent could not handle. This tenant wasnt paying any rent and refused to show people my home so I can sell it. When I finally decided to work with Anna Paduhovich, things changed drastically. She got that tenant out, with the help of the best lawyers in the state, which only cost me a few hundred dollars. Listed the property and a day later, I had multiple offers. This was my first time selling a house, and whatever challenges came up, Anna and her team were able to advise me with patience, even though I was freaking out at times. We closed my house on schedule and everything. I cant thank Anna enough! I thought I would never get that tenant out of my place, because she was notoriously known for defaulting on rent in my city, but somehow someway, Anna and her team knew exactly what to do and got her out quick, sold my house quick. She helped me sell my home for more than I thought was possible. I also had an amazing experience working with Katie Crabbs (also a Rock Star) to find a place to rent while I decide my next life adventure. If they are Rock Stars, than I must give an honorable mention to her Roadies (BEST SUPPORT STAFF EVER). Amber and Natalie (unfortunately moved on in her career) managed to keep me calm in the beginning and Cassidy Catterino got me across the finish line. After listing with Anna, she and her team got right to work and our home was sold in 3 weeks at asking price - MORE than we originally listed our home for with the first agent. Anna guided us through the process for listing our home, including assessing the correct price to list. Throughout the process, Anna provided guidance on signature requests, repairs, and next steps. 10/09/20 - If your looking for a realtor, look no further. Anna and her team were amazing! We initially listed our home with a different agent, who like most of them talked a great game. After finding a couple homes that we liked in this market we placed a couple offers and lost them because we needed to sell our other home. After a few lost homes and the other agents lack of communication we decided to give up. Months later, a family member found Anna, after she sold a relatives home in less than a week! Anna is very driven and knowledgeable, she reached out numerous times and told me she could get this done for us as well. After much thought we decided to go for it again. 9/2/20 - Excellent Agent, We had a complicated situation with selling a house due to estate issues, etc.. She was very understanding and dealing with multiple issues with selling this home. Anna sold the house with 30 days and closed within 60 days, There were repair issues identified by the buyer. Her team coordinate all the repairs through third parties..
