Anna Russu

My wife and I were a bit apprehensive about buying property remotely and during a pandemic, but Ms Anna Russu went above and beyond to ease our concerns to help us find the exact home we were looking for in Florida! From the first time we spoke to Ms. Russu, it was clear that she was an experienced, knowledgeable and true professional who was dedicated to her work. She asked all the right questions of us to narrow down our home search and within the hour, Ms. Russu began sending us property lists/links of homes for sales based on our criteria. When we identified potential homes, Ms. Russu immediately made time within the same day or the very next (when we contacted her late in the evening) to visit the property. Ms. Russu would then take the extra effort to make videos of the house, labeling each room, where she would send us the video to review. Some of the potential properties we identified were quite a drive for Ms. Russu to get to, but she always would tell us that its not a problem and she was only doing her job! I cannot tell you the number of properties Ms. Russu visited for us before we decided on the one we bought. Ms. Russu was always cheerful and would give us her professional opinion of things she noticed about the condition of the property, which we truly valued! This was one of the main reasons we had complete trust in her abilities. Once we were in contract with the property we bought, we had constant questions. No sooner than we would send Ms. Russu a text, she would be calling to respond to our questions. When Ms. Russu needed to get answers to our questions from others (the sellers realtor, etc.) she would let us know and always followed up with the answer. Ms. Russu made what could have been an extremely stressful buying experience, one where we had complete confidence that any of our concerns would be completely addressed. We finally had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Russu in person at our walk through of the property the day before we closed when we traveled to Florida, and wouldnt you know that she had gifts for us waiting in the kitchen of a case of bottled water chilling in the refrigerator, large quantities of paper towels and toilet paper, all kinds of household disinfectants, sanitizers, cleaners, dish clothes, sponges, etc. What a wonderful and thoughtful thing to do which was totally unexpected!!! We are so thankful and appreciative that Ms. Russu was our realtor and would highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling real estate property!!!

When my Fianc and I decided to purchase our home (remotely) two months out from his new jobs start date we felt absolutely in over our heads but Anna stepped in and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She went out of her way to make everything as simple for us as possible. Our first call with Anna established her as incredibly experienced, kind, patient and professional. Because of the pandemic and being out of state first time buyers we had so many concerns for not being able to see houses in person. Anna put together a detailed timeline of the entire home buying process - a timeline that was spot on the whole way - and provided resources and information so we didnt feel like were in the dark at any point. She maintained steady contact with us throughout the whole process keeping us up to date on any changes or answering any and every question we had along the way. Once we picked a house we loved she took the time to put together edited videos of the house with detailed walkthroughs. She made sure her walkthrough videos were easy to follow the natural flow of the house so we were able to get a true sense of each layout. Anna also took the time to put together little videos and information on the town/area we were moving to. She maintained a remarkable positive outlook at every situation which helped keep us afloat in what can be an incredibly stressful time for any person. Anna went to great lengths to ensure we were taken care of the entire time through the process and made our transition to Florida an absolutely wonderful experience that we will forever be grateful for. Any future home buyer should have zero doubts about Anna as a realtor and the services and level of dedication to her profession that she provides. We definitely recommend her services.

Anna has been absolutely amazing to work with. Not only is she full of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling, but she also shared tons of helpful insight on buying a property with plans to do short term rentals. She has been an amazing advocate for us as we live out of state. She is super responsive over the phone, text, and email. We have had a great time working with Anna and will absolutely work with her again on future purchases!
