Annmarie Comforte is the best realtor in New Jersey! Thank you for going above and beyond in the sale of my childhood home. Annmarie did an amazing job with the photos & video, and I could hardly believe the number of showings and the offers that we had in less than a week! I appreciate all of her help and expertise with this confusing and complicated process, and I can't imagine using anyone else for a realtor.

I cannot recommend Annemarie enough in the home buying/selling process! The circumstance to which we sold/bought our home was a little unconventional, with time being a key factor. She was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process, her attention to detail, constant communication and availability to us at any time during this was UNMATCHED. Ann Marie is not just your ordinary real estate agent. She is one in a million! First we hired her to list our home and she took the time to tell us exactly what we needed to do to make our home more appealing to buyers and helped us figure out what was the best/fair price to list our house at. We also bought our dream home from Ann Marie. She was exceptionally helpful and went to every means to make sure that we got our home. Before meeting AnnMarie I was set on trying to sell my house on my own and I called her just to see what the value was , but after meeting her I was so impressed with her professionalism and how prepared she was I signed immediately. She came to my house with comps and other information on how to market it and it worked , I sold in 3 and a half weeks for almost asking price , then I asked her to help find my next home and she came thru again . I would recommend AnnMarie to anyone looking to sell or buy your home .

I've heard the nightmares that came with buying a short sale and I was certainly hesitant to even entertain the thought, until I met Ann Marie. She made the process effortless and handled all the things I thought would be a pain and made them seem easy.
