I was the seller, Anna was my Realtor. Anna was able to get me the top dollar. She recommended some home improvements that would raise the property value. I followed through. got 10 offers in 1 week! Need to work with a Realtor that's smart and can get down to business without all the convoluted sales pitches and long winded explanation for the seasoned investor. I'm not a newbie investor and don't want to be treated as one. If you need to realtor that can work your way. Recommend you try Anna Garcia but you need to be clear upfront with what service you are expecting. Once she understand you, the rest is on autopilot.

Anna Garcia, HUS Home Advisors did a great job with the selling of my townhome in Waikele and answered all my questions and concerns. She was accessible to communicate via cell phone or email and kept me updated throughout the selling process. She managed the contract paperwork, working with escrow and finding service contractors to assist with the sale of the townhome. She was very patient to explain the process of selling, the contract details, the estimated costs for both seller and buyer involved, provided a time management list of events that would be occurring during the selling process. No negotiation of price was required. This was my first time selling a home and I found her to be very professional and she made it a stress free experience for me. I would definitely work with her again.
