We used Anne-Marie to purchase our home a few years ago, she was highly knowledgeable about the process (and we bought a foreclosed home!), she was helpful and answered ALL our questions. Anne-Marie hands down is the best realtor I've worked with. She was able to sell one of my rental properties in less than sixty days after I tried unsuccessfully to do it on my own for five months. She was completely honest in telling me exactly what needed to done to the property to sell it, and by following her advice I was able to get MORE than what I was originally asking for on my own. She is very organized, super responsive, and a fierce negotiator. All the agents I've worked with before basically did nothing but collect a check, which is why I tried to sell this on my own at first.
