Being raised in a picturesque farming community in Roxbury, NY, nature has always been an important part of my life. I moved to Manhattan for twenty years, got married, traveled and had two wonderful children. As I watched my daughters get older it became very clear to me that nature needed to be a constant in their lives, as it was in mine.
