We made the move from Toronto, Canada to Redondo Beach, California this past January which in itself is a big deal, and more so when you dont have a clue about the area you are moving to. It was with a huge sigh of relief when we met Anna Rivas who helped us to get to know the area as a local, with respect to mapping out various neighborhoods and the benefits of each. In helping us find our dream home Anna listened to all the things that were important to us, and executed all with thoroughness, efficiency and great attention to detail. In a matter of a week, Anna found us the perfect place with all the amenities we wanted!Anna made (what could have been a stressful and daunting task), quick and painless. Anna is a sweet, caring and very thoughtful person (she frequently sends us useful links about what is going on in the area, activities that our kids might like to try and has been an invaluable resource with respect to best doctors/dentists/hair stylists in the area). We have learned so much about the neighborhood from her that we feel like weve been living here for years instead of two months. Professionally, Anna is a stand out agent. She has gone above and beyond the requirements of a real estate agent. Her attention to detail is incredible (ie: when it came to fixes that had to be taken care of before taking possession of our property), she noticed things I would never have seen and communicated all to the owner to get repaired. Her effective way of communicating didnt go unnoticed when Anna also had to liaise with the owner to get certain documents in order that we were not familiar with coming from another country. I highly recommend Anna Rivas for your real estate needs, she has your back and it is apparent that she loves the work she does. We were so fortunate to meet Anna and if it werent for her, we would never have found our slice of paradise

She listens, pays impeccable attention to detail, and has excellent communication skills. She is incredibly patient, always had our best interests in mind, and made sure we felt completely comfortable from the beginning to the end of our home search. As first-time homebuyers, this whole process was incredibly daunting. Anna provided us with multiple resources to guide us. As you can imagine, we had tons of questions. Anna took the time to answer each and every one and explained everything to our satisfaction. Anna took us to many homes and refined her recommendations each weekend based on the feedback we gave. She called us one afternoon encouraging us to visit a house that we had previously viewed online but which, in our minds, did not meet the criteria for what we wanted. Based on Annas encouragement, we visited the house, and immediately realized she had found us our dream home. Anna gave us advice on how to strengthen our offer and it was accepted within 24 hours. We had a very aggressive timeline for closing and Anna made sure everything stayed on track by working closely with all parties involved. Anna helped make what we thought was only a dream, a reality. We cant recommend her enough!
