As a native Floridian, College Park and the more established neighborhoods of the Greater Orlando area remind me of the small town I grew up in Central Florida. These neighborhoods attract buyers from all age groups; that is part of their charm. My husband and I moved to College Park in 1979, we raised our two children in College Park and now they are starting their families here as well. I am a proud member of the College Park Neighborhood Association and current board member and Past President of the College Park Main Street.
