Not only was Anne a great realtor whom I would recommend to anyone, she was a great partner in finding the perfect home for my family.I was relocating to the area from Virginia and was searching for an equestrian property to make my forever home. Anne did a great job in communicating with me early on and setting up numerous viewings to make my week-long home trip as productive as possible. Although Anne is located in Martinez/Augusta, she has extensive knowledge of the greater Aiken area, where many equestrian properties are located. Anne was able to give helpful insights into things to keep in mind and what to watch out for when moving to an unfamiliar area. Once we found the right home, Anne smoothly guided us through the offer to closing process. Anne went above and beyond here -- the home was for sale by owner, requiring Anne to do even more work than usual to keep everything moving along. She is patient, tactful, and honest. If/when I have additional family members move to this area, I know with certainty that Anne is who I will call to get them great help. Try and say this is a few words: Anne was absolutely amazing with helping our family not once but twice so far.We used Anne when we were moving from TX to GA to find our amazing home. She helped me from states away find the perfect home for our family and we drove write into our signing from TX. No need for a hotel, Anne had everything set and ready to make the process smooth and fast. We then used Anne again to sell our home this year when we received word we would again be moving across the country. Our home was on the market and back off in a blink of an eye.
