If we liked a house but didn't have time in our schedules to look at it, Anne would preview it and tell us if it was worth making time for. She answered every question, kept in contact and listened to what we wanted (even if that changed 50 times). She also wasn't shy to point out red flags we couldn't see because we were dazzled by the shinny new fridge. She gave great advice.
