It's a long story but we were very lucky to find Annelle. My wife and I started with an associate of Annelle's that we got when we cold called her firm a year ago when we were in Florida on vacation and wanted to start looking at condos. He was terrible, couldn't have been worse. He didn't show us anything we had asked for and spent most of his time on the phone when we were with him. When Bex called us back to see how it went we told them how bad our experience was and didn't expect to use that firm again. They asked us to let them refer us to another associate and that's how we found Annelle!She was amazing especially given the difficulty of buying a home remotely during the pandemic. Since we were out of state she did virtual tours for us and one thing that stood out was how cautious she was. Even when entering an empty house she wearing a mask and cleaning door handles as she moved through the house. We knew if something came up that we really wanted to see in person we'd be safe with her. Ultimately that happened. A condo came online that we thought might be too good to pass up. She arranged for us to see that and 7 other places (some of which had been taken off the market) in a quick 2 day visit. Once we decide that was the place Annelle pretty much took over. She provided excellent guidance through the negotiations and then once the contract was signed she pretty much handled the rest of the process - met the home inspector, worked with the HOA, referred us to quality mortgage and insurance firms. She even did the final walk through and actually picked up the keys and mailed them to us after the closing.Considering how bad our first experience was I was pretty skeptical of using another associate in firm but Annelle continually exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommended her to anyone looking for someone to help guide them through the process. In fact I'm looking forward to having a drink with Annelle on our deck when we get back down to Florida!

Annelle helped us move across the country in an extremely fast amount of time (about 2 months). She did not give up on us and helped us find the perfect home for our growing family.
