We found a HUD house and knew nothing about the process, Annette took the time to walk us through the home, offer possible advice on financing options and kept us up to date on the bidding process. She also gave us helpful suggestions on improving our current home. The deal didn't end up working out but her dedication to us was amazing. She answered every time we called or emailed without the long waiting time we've experienced before. We will definitely refer Annette to our family and friends in the future!
