Annette could not have been better. We sold our home for more than I felt it was worth. We purchased a home through her for less than I thought it was worth. She is knowledgeable, responds almost immediately, polite, insightful, and has made a big difference for our buying and selling our homes. She is the best.

Annette was a pleasure to work with. After my parents passed away in 2017, Annette sold my parent's home which hadn't been updated in thirty years. Based on other realtor's advice when they viewed the property, I expected to have to do a large amount of remodeling prior to listing the house. However, when Annette saw it, she said we should list it "as is" because of the favorable location and the ease in which houses had been selling in that area. I took her advice and the house was sold the very first day it was listed AND it sold for 30% more than I expected to get for it. I would definitely recommend working with Annette. When my husband and I decide to sell our home, she'll be the first person we call.

Very friendly, and honest. She listened to what I was looking for and did a great job of showing me housing within the area and price range I was looking for. I have already recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so in the future.
