February 16, 2012 We have only the highest praise and recommendation for Annette Caruso . In the purchase of our home, we never felt rushed or pushed to go in any direction on any of the homes we viewed. Annette listened to our thoughts and opinions and ensured any home we looked at always met the mark. Annette made us feel as though her schedule was completely open for us, accommodating our hectic lifestyle and awkward hours. Her vast knowledge of market analysis, contractors, financial options, legal issues, etc. showcases that she is best in the industry. Through our journey, we watched Annette educate the other realtors while they provided misinformation or demonstrated a lack of experience. This type of behavior allowed us to have a comfortable environment for negotiation. Annette provided valuable input during the contractual period, which enabled us to make the best financial decisions. All responses to our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. 8/20/2019 "Annette was great!" We has a lot of complicated issues and she was able to resolve and handle them with the utmost professionalism.
