Annie is incredibly knowledgeable about Seattle. She was able to point me in the right direction to find the perfect neighborhood for me and my husband. We relocated to Seattle last year and had a very short time to find a house. Annie helped me greatly by giving me thorough and honest breakdowns of each neighborhood we were interested in. She toured neighborhoods and houses with me. Because of her input and advice we happily focused the bulk of our looking in West Seattle, where we eventually bought a home. Annie is beyond awesome!!

Annie is wonderful. I had a pretty short turn around time of 3 months to find a place and move in; I did not have high hopes do to online research telling me to expect a minimum of 3 months when searching for a home. Annie worked hard to help me find a place within that time span and we were able to get it done in about a month and a half total! I had a wide range of homes I was looking at from Kent to Everett, des monies to Issaquah- she never once complained about the drive to & from or my odd hours of availability, having to take care of my dog, and driving limitations (she even gave me a ride when I needed and allowed me to bring the dog in her car!).There were certain aspects of the home set up that I was in love with that Annie helped me make sure were included and/or helped me negotiate for them. As a first time home buyer it was great having someone who had no problem answering my questions and breaking it down further when I didn't understand something. Also, even now when I have questions Annie still replies to my texts, calls, and e-mails promptly. I will be recommending Annie to any future friends & family looking to buy a home

Annie was great to work with from start to finish. As a first time homeowners for us; she brought positivity, professionalism, and knowledge which made it helpful and easy to make decisions and less stressful during the closing process.

Annie helped my family and I find our first home. Annie was an attentive listener, and even though we gave her a large set of general (i.e. vague) requirements, she went to work, sending us listings that continually moved closer and closer to what we wanted. Annie was gracious about working with our schedules and patient as we took our time to walk-through homes. Annie researched codes when we had questions and helped us navigate through a slightly-complicated negotiation. Without her help, I wouldn't be writing this review from the comfort of my new home. Annie is very capable at selling houses. My home had a title issue, and Annie helped me navigate the process to get it on the market. She was a great partner during the entire process. I really appreciated her positive attitude, and knowledge.
