Annie has been more than helpful in the sale of my home. Annie is personable, caring, trustworthy and dependable. She not only got my home sold she helped me throughout the entire process with everything and anything that I needed. She is an amazing realtor that has become a personal friend of mine. My husband and I have learned many valuable lessons while selling our home and purchasing our new home. The first and most valuable lesson we learned is not to use anyone but Annie Gura. She is the best realtor in Connecticut hands down. I can speak from experience since my husband and I used two highly unethical realtors before we used Annie Gura. Our house sold twice and both times it fell through. The second time it sold (we didn't use Annie at this time) we had an issue with everything. The buyers wanted us to fix everything that came up in the inspection report, then they keep wanting more money off, and our realtor at the time (problem number one..not Annie Gura) allowed them to completely bully us. When my husband and I decided to not give in to their one millionth ridiculous demand, we decided to take the house off the market again. Then we finally came to our senses and hired Annie Gura. Our house sold in less than three days with MULTIPLE OFFERS and guess what, these buyers never demanded one thing of us. It the smoothest process we have ever had been through. We had gone through two extremely difficult sales that both fell through and we were shocked at how easy Annie made everything. She is a true professional with a kind and caring heart. She would never bully you into anything and the best part is she knows her stuff. She will guide you to make the right decision and she has valuable real estate information that will help you make the right choice. Buying a home is a big investment and it is extremely stressful, you want the best realtor out there and that is Annie. When we bought our new home with her the process was the same, simple and easy. Not one issue came up either time which was crazy to my husband and I since we had been through issue after issue with our previous realtors. When we put an on our new house another buyer came in and put in an offer as well, and as we began to freak out, Annie guided us through the process calmly and got us our dream home. Annie was the best agent I could ever ask for when purchasing a new home. The two months I spent with her closing on my first ever home purchase was a total breeze. Annie moves fast and communicates well. She does whatever she can to be accessible to her clients. Whether it was evenings or weekends, she always made time to address questions and concerns I had. Although buying a home can be stressful, I always felt like I was informed and making the right decisions because Annie was advising me every step of the way.
