AJ was amazing!

A friend recommended AJ to us and we are so happy we went with her! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had a LOT of questions; she never made us feel bad about it and fully answered every question we asked. We were buying during a seller’s market, so all the “good” homes were going fast, but she was very responsive and almost always available for same day showings. She was even responding to me while she was on vacation. AJ paid attention and took the time to get to know what my husband and I were looking for in a home. She sent me several listings each week; I have heard about real estate agents who just take you to go see houses you ask them about. AJ wasn’t just waiting around for me to tell her which houses we wanted to see — she was looking and sending me things, too. When she showed us homes, she was walking around the house and pointing out things to us. She has some background in home improvement and was even able to give us some ideas for what could be done to easily “fix up” something. That was a bonus. Buying a home is stressful for so many reasons, but AJ was our calm in the storm. She was always positive and reassuring us that we would find our perfect home, and we did. She got us an appointment to see our house the day it posted to Zillow and she had us under contract by the next morning. I am sending all my friends to AJ Sizemore.
