Ann-Marie is an awesome realtor! She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and will work hard to find a buyer for your home. She provided us with honest advice regarding updates that needed to be made to sell, and was always available to answer questions. She is hard-working and has a great team working with her. Highly recommended!
- Steph BecklesI can't say enough good things about Ann-Marie. Not only she is knowledgeable about the real estate market she is a hard worker. Maybe a little too hard, I've gotten emails from her around 11pm. But I'm not complaining.She offered great advice on renovating my house. She saved me a lot of money on unnecessary renovations. Plus she has a great network of mortgage companies, handyman services, painters, etc.... I had to get some repairs done and Ann-Marie knew of the right company to hire and it was a snap. I didn't have to try to look around online for services.And when it was time for me to find a new home she was quick to reply to showing requests. One time I wanted to see a home but she had a previous commitment and instead of dropping the ball she made alternative arrangements so that I could see the home. Plus she's been quick to keep me updated on the seller feedback.
