Annzo Phelps

1. 2013: Annzo Phelps serves as realtor on the house purchase made by my wife and I. 2. 2014: Annzo Phelps befriends my wife and starts providing divorce advice, including how to maximize revenue when divorcing a man. 3. 2015: when I now find myself in a divorce with said wife, Annzo Phelps performs a "valuation" of our marital home on behalf of that wife. While 2 other independent appraisers value the home at $604k and $650k, Annzo Phelps offers to testify on my wife's behalf that the home is "worth over $750k." 4. When the legal process requires that Annzo Phelps turnover all emails between she and my wife, Annzo Phelps disappears and never testifies - as such discovery would have uncovered her fraud and conflict of interest, that she was in cahoots with my wife to overvalue the house to increase divorce proceeds. 5. Annzo Phelps = BEWARE. No integrity, does not honor conflict of interest and offers unsolicited advise to a wife on how to divorce and get rich. Then she offers to provide fabricated value numbers on property.
