I bought my first house with Anthony so I wasnt really sure what to expect. Anthony was great to work with. I initially found a house after 6+ months of looking. Anthony did a great job of bringing things to my attention that I would have never thought about. At some points he was nice enough to actually talk me out of certain properties which either showed he didnt like making money or he really did care that I was happy with what I found. In the end I ended up backing out of the deal that was accepted. Life had changed and I no longer wanted to be in the area I was looking and decided to put things on hold. Anthony proved to be very patient with me. After about a year I called him back up and with my fiance, we were lucky enough to find a place we loved in the first day of looking. What people probably dont realize about buying a house is that the process does not end for the realtor once the house is found. That is really the starting point. Anthony walked us through the entire process, through paperwork, extra days of just going to the house so we could measure etc.

We have benefited from an outstanding service from Anthony on two house purchases in NE Portland, one with closure in November 2011 in Alberta Arts (subsequently purchased from us by our son) and another in September 2012 in Woodlawn. Due to complete satisfaction on our first purchase, we didn't hesitate to ask Anthony to act for us again on our second purchase. Anthony was available, proactive, gave us very useful advice and negotiated a good deal for us on each occasion. We can't recommend him highly enough and would definitely use his services again.
