- Anthony and I connected, but did no business
Terrible real estate agent. He was the owner of a house. I was going to purchase at 3763 Covington Rd. in South Euclid. The heat was off and we were going to get a terrible cold front and I told him the pipes were going to freeze. Well they did and they burst. he half ass fixed them and I had to move my inspection a day later because the water was off. My real estate agent confirmed with him that the next day it would be good to go for inspection, and the water would be on as well as the hot water tank, pilot light. I showed up and there was no water in the pilot light wasn’t lit. it immediately failed and I was out $400 for the inspection. I asked him to make it right by refunding me the money I wasted due to him not being ready and he said no. Unprofessional and terrible business practices.
