We worked with Anthony Giglio to sell our home in Carver, MN. He was a fantastic agent who helped us sell during the beginning stages of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. We signed with him in April and immediately he got things moving. We had photos and a 3D tour taken within 2 days and once the listing was up it was flawless. Anthony got our house in front of as many eyes as possible by listing it in the Star Tribune, the MN Real Estate Show and every site out there! Anthony also had to do a bit more leg work on this listing as we had moved out of state and the home was vacant. He kept a eye on the property and ensured that it was always ready to be toured. Once we got an offer Anthony kept us in the loop about the progress towards closing and even though there was a delay in the closing, due to the buyer, Anthony was on top of getting the situation resolved.I would highly recommend Anthony and we think he is amazing!!!

Anthony is the consummate professional! He was very informative throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and went the extra mile for me. I bought a 2-family, and although it's a bit of a different process, Anthony understood this process and guided me through it effortlessly. He is also quite responsive when I did have questions on the process. Anthony really impressed me on his knowledge of homes, especially pointing out certain things I may not have noticed on my own. This made me an informed home buyer for the property I bought, mainly because he pointed out a few things that had escaped my notice. The other thing that I liked about Anthony is that he did not pressure me at all to close on a sale. Some realtors are hungry for the commission and will rush a decision. If you are looking for a realtor who is enthusiastic about his job, is charming, affable, willing to go the extra mile (seriously; this man will answer panicked text messages at 12am and do it with style) and all around is someone you feel completely at ease with, Anthony is your guy. We walked into his office completely green on the process of buying a home and walked out after that first meeting feeling confident and ready to face the housing market. Anthony explains things clearly and simply, and won't let you forget anything along the way. He will help guide you to decisions without leveraging his own opinions on the matter. "What do YOU want to do?" is the question you'll hear most, because he genuinely wants to know what you want, and he'll help you get to that decision with his vast and surefooted knowledge of the market and the whole process of buying a house.
