I was most impressed by Anthony's knowledge of home repair and his ability to identify potential problems and estimate remodeling costs. Also, he was very familiar with the Grandview and Upper Arlington neighborhoods and was able to identify qualities and problems common to certain areas and construction types. He was very pleasant to work with - attentive to our needs but not annoying - and I truly felt like he had our best interest at heart.

Over the course of more than a year, my wife and I looked at several houses throughout Grandview and Clintonville with Anthony. He knew the neighborhoods like the back of his hand. And he knew (and was honest about) what each house would need in terms of updates, repairs, etc. Not once did we feel pressure from Anthony to buy any of these houses and not once did we detect any sense of frustration with our indecision. He truly was in this with us together from start to finish. We can't recommend him enough.

My wife and I bought our first house in Grandview Heights in June 2018, and we couldn't have done it without Anthony! He knows the area like the back of his hand. We probably saw a dozen houses, and he was always available on short notice when something new popped up on the MLS. This was especially important in the hyper-competitive market last summer, when a house would go up for sale on a Wednesday and could be in contract and off the market the next day. I highly recommend him for anyone!
