I am writing this to let you know about my experience with Anthony Matarazzo as my realtor. He has the personality that made me believe that this was not an impossible task to sell a house built in the 60s, that everyone else had literally deemed impossible, in this state of recession. I remember him telling me, It Only Takes One. He saw the potential in everything, and made the entire journey an answer to my prayers. I found that he never failed to call me at least weekly to keep me informed of any showings, no matter what the circumstance, or the potential client interest.His positive attitude, his congeniality, his can do spirit & his competence, made me so comfortable, knowing he was so professional, yet such a caring individual! I know I was so blessed to have him as my Realtor! I will highly recommend him to my family and friends! He sets the perfect example for others to follow and I Thank God for guiding me toward someone that is exceptional in an experience that was previously unknown to me. My every questions was answered, & even at the closing table I felt confident knowing he was there to guide me if needed.Thanks to Keller Williams Realtor, I am now the former owner, and I just felt like you needed to know the professional way that everything was handled.

My name is Kristin Gabis and Anthony Matarazzo has been my realtor and I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful asset you have in him. My husband had passed away and I needed to put my home up for short sale. Anthony was not only very compassionate and sensitive to my situation, but really took charge and got busy marketing my home. The process was long.and stressful.with MANY bumps in the road and took a whole year. We had several challenges with banks as well as buyers (3) backing out at the last minute but Anthony bounced right back immediately with another string of interested buyers. I was very impressed with his resilience and how he always had more prospects the very next day after an offer was withdrawn. Anthony ALWAYS kept me informed and was in constant communication and at no time did I feel like I was out here on my own. We (he) finally found a buyer and the bank was willing to cooperate and the sale of my home commenced. I actually miss talking to him now that its over. Bottom line is I would absolutely use him again and would certainly recommend him to anyone and everone I know. It seems most people nowadays only contact to complain but his service was so outstanding that I felt I needed to sing his praises to someone.

Anthony was an incredible agent. He was dedicated, dependable, and really worked hard for us. He made sure our house sold, no matter what. He worked tirelessly and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. We wish he was licensed in our current state, so we could use him to buy a house here! We would highly recommend him to all of our friends, family, and co-workers.
