Toni is an absolute professional. We used Toni to sell our beach house. We recently relocated to the other side of the U.S and thought it would be stressful to sell and close with the distance involved. Toni helped us organize everything from bringing in the buyers, meeting the home inspector, to organizing any repair work necessary after the inspections. She quite simply takes the stress out of buying or selling a home. This is the second home that we have sold with Toni, and are once again, very pleased. Our house was a higher end home than comps would support, and Toni succeeded in making sure that potential buyers and agents thoroughly understood the upgrades done and benefits to this home in order to justify our pricing. We closed in the time frame that we wanted, and at a higher price than any previous sale in this neighborhood. Very pleased with the results.
