Anton Beranyk

I originally came to Southern California in 1977 from the Boston, MA. area and immediately obtained my real estate agents license. After receiving a salesman license I worked as a junior loan officer for Ajax Home Loans in the city of Anaheim, CA. After a few years, the company became in dire need of a real estate appraiser trainee and asked me to temporarily fill in. Temporary turned into a career. For the next 33 years I worked as a certified FHA and VA appraiser and continued to keep my real estate license active. After I retired from appraising in the early 2000's my wife recruited me into her real estate business. All of our transactions went through her license. We are a Broker Associate team where I handle value range estimates, signs and support her with all other aspects of the transaction. As I like to explain, "She's the engine and I'm the caboose". We are a caring and experienced team.
