Antonella Nigro had previously helped us purchase our first home. She is extraordinarily diligent, hard working, accessible and always on top of everything. From the moment we met Antonella, we knew she was the realtor for us. Not only was her knowledge of the market impressive, but she was so wonderful to work with. We really appreciated how she facilitated the entire process of selling our home. We were unsure that hiring a professional stager and photographer was really necessary. Although we were reluctant, she also influenced us into listing low to bring in multiple offers, and potentially a bidding war. Well her marketing strategy was spot on, and we could not be happier with the outcome. We had one weekend of open houses with over 40 attendees. Our home sold immediately after the open houses with multiple offers that were well over asking price with excellent terms. In addition to making the sale and working with us through the "under contract" period, Antonella was professional, friendly, reliable, efficient and just a pleasure to work with. She was even a fan favorite around my children. My daughter still asks us when her friend Antonella will be stopping by again.I do believe that Antonella's marketing strategy and incredible knowledge of the Medford, MA, area, made the difference in our house being sold so quickly. We were so happy with her that we decided to use her as our buyers agent for the purchase of our new home as well. After her patience through many showings, we realized the home we were looking for was in NH, but unfortunately, she is not registered there. We felt badly that we would not be able to use her since she had already worked so hard for us. Without hesitation, she happily referred us to a great agent to purchase our new home.I recommend Antonella highly; she really aims to please, and I promise you will not be disappointed.
