- April showed me homes
April Ganser sued us for not buying a home from her. We made 3 offers and she wanted us to go "up" 2 times out of 3 and we were not comfortable doing that (she even had her lender friend call me to help without asking me first). She did not cover documents with us during the offer process. I was the one who told her someone found me a home and she sued me. Important for potential buyers to know. She almost did the same thing to my first time home buyer son.
