April was excellent. She was very patient with us. We didn't feel any pressure but she really did all 6 things listed below.

My husband and I lived in California and he was diagnosed with ALS. We wanted to move to the Tampa for his treatment at the James Haley VA Hospital. April went above and beyond just finding us the right house. We made two trips because the first one was not successful. April learned the house we liked had come up for sale and contacted us immediately, we came right back and purchased the house. It has been a wonderful experience with 28 families in our community that have become dear friends. We not only found a house, but a home and a family in our neighbors, who are our friends.

April was absolutely horrible when it comes to real estate. She has no consideration for both parties. All she does is wants to make the commission. She does not care about the people looking for a HOME.

She helped me find a place and now I am going to have her help me sell my current place
