This was the first real estate my wife or I had attempted to buy. We looked for about a year at houses of various price ranges within a 20-30 mile radius of my workplace. April was really patient with us and was willing to show us any house we asked to see. She knew the market in the entire area, across price ranges and could give advice about many different aspects: potential pitfalls or advantages of various homes, schools, etc. At one point, we went under contract to buy land and build our own house, and April was knowledgeable about that also, including multiple potential builders. April was always courteous and timely, getting back to us quickly and arriving on time for showings. Having heard stories from friends about information they revealed being used against them by their own realtor, I was reluctant to reveal much about our circumstances. I was impressed that I never saw April use such knowledge against us. I was also impressed with the ethical and courteous way she dealt with other pieces of information about the market that could have given her a competitive advantage though it would have ethically questionable to use them. I was pleased at April's skill and competitiveness in contract negotiations, and was glad but not that surprised when we got the house we wanted for the lowest price we could have paid in the market at the time. My wife & I were really impressed with April. We thought she was a very good buyer's agent and a genuinely nice lady. I thought she was conscientious, competitive and consistently looked out for our best interests. I would recommend her to family or friends.

My wife and I can't say enough great things about April, we extensively looked for a realtor for weeks, meeting with a few before quickly deciding after meeting April we made the right choice. We were building a new home and wanted to be sure we would have a personal & business connection for the several months we would be working together. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and even brought several suggestions based on other homes we toured. Shopping for a new home can be stressful, let alone a new construction build but April makes the process fun & exciting. April simply brings a balance of professionalism, assertiveness, knowledge & amiableness together. We will definitely be working with April again, but not for some time since we are in our dream home now.

FIVE STARS! Found April on the web. I emailed April for help... She was in Colorado and i was in Nebraska. My father wanted to sell his home in Longmont after 41 years. He was pushing 80 and ready to downsize and relax. From the 1st email to April until closing, barely a month had passed! She didn't even have time to put a sign in the yard before an offer on the house was made. During the entire (short) process, April treated my father with dignity and respect. She ALWAYS had his best interests and desires in mind. I found a great friend in her (and her husband, who is a licensed electrician) and would highly recommend April to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
