Being my first time selling a home I was rather clueless of how to proceed. The Robinson team took my hand and gave me all the help I needed, available day and night to answer any questions I had. They got my house listed and sold, with a cash offer, in about a month. So grateful to them for all their help and cant wait to work with them again to find my next house!

There are several key parts to having someone advocate for you in the most important purchase of your life: 1) Deep and broad knowledge base 2) Tenacity 3) Resourcefulness 4) Contacts/network 5) Availability/accessibility 6) Sincerity/trustworthiness While I suspect that they do not all achieve it, I think it is more than fair to expect that pretty much every realtor out there would hit marks 1-4 above. As is the case with so many other life transactions, my guess is that many (most?) realtors are luke warm when it comes to marks 5-6. When you're as vulnerable and as invested as you are in a purchase of a home, that is truly unacceptable. You need to be able to trust your advocate. You need to know that they sincerely have your best interests in mind. You need to know that you can reach them when you need to and not feel as though you are a burden (which is likely to be a fair bit). While April (and of course John, her husband) absolutely knocks it out of the park on 1-4 above, it is 5 and 6 where she stands out. She works absurd hours and surely has plenty more clients than us. Nonetheless, we didn't feel like we had an overworked business partner through the course of this. We felt like we had a friend who genuinely cared about us, was excited for us, and would stop at nothing to make sure that this ended with nothing less than comfort and contentedness. I am certain this is not common in this industry (or any other). Bravo, truly.

Having been on both sides of Real Estate deals, both a seller and a buyer, I can honestly say that April is one of the most professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents around. Her considerable background in the Real Estate Industry makes her the perfect Agent for protecting your interests in any Real Estate deal. I found April to be somewhat of a contract savant, able to truly understand contracts relating to Real Estate and protecting both the Sellers and the Buyers interests. Available 24/7, I find April to be outgoing, friendly and honest. She truly understands the stresses involved in a Real Estate deal and sincerely cares that you have the best home selling or buying experience.

April helped us sell our house and purchase a new house. She worked very hard to make sure everything was taken care of and was able to devise a great marketing plan to sell our house in a not so booming market- her plan not only made us additional monthly income but gave us an extra year to pay down the principle balance! She is very smart and will make you happy!

This is from our experience selling. We are in the midst of buying right now. April is tenacious and doesnt allow sellers to be pushed around. She has a great feel for what the market value of homes are and we were able to get an offer within 2 days on the market. She was able to get the buyers to work with us on the closing time (since we still had to move out). She is still helping us find a home to buy but has been a great experience all around.

April is a knowledgeable agent. She has a truly positive attitude and will WORK to sell your home. She takes a personal and professional interest in you as much as the process. I was happy to have her as my agent and would recommend her to other people.

We found April on Facebook and we liked what she had to say. We had bad experiences with previous realtors and we were skeptical. She wasn't, she was eager to help and she jumped right in.
