Mrs. April was amazing to us! Right from the start, she took genuine interest and good care of my family and I. She treated us like family and made us feel important. She worked closely with us and was very patient with us. This was our first home for me and my husband, so we were extremely overwhelmed and stressed. However, she made sure we were comfortable and explained the process, thoroughly, step by step. I am very grateful we got to work with April. I really feel our home buying process would not have been as smooth as it was, had we worked with anyone else.

We have been looking for a lot to build our house with oversized garages and an RV garage for a while. We constantly ran into issues like: flag lots, flood plains, city or HOA restrictions etc. None of these were easily found until we wasted our time visiting the property. I sent a request on another lot and April responded. When I explained to her our problems she immediately said she understood and to give her a day or two to do some research. April actually called the various cities we were interested in to find out their restrictions, then found us 3 potential lots. We quickly saw all 3 in one day, decided on one and made an offer. Because we were a bit concerned with lot dimensions, April suggesting a contingency period of 1 week, which allowed us time to consult with an architect and confirm that the lot dimensions would work for what we had in mind. Through all this time April was EXTREMELY responsive, upbeat and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend April to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

April made the whole house-buying process far easier than I could of hoped. She explained everything to me so there were no surprises. If possible, I would definitely use her service again, hands down.

Gosh, with so many great qualities, I'm not quite sure where to begin. Let's go ahead and start with knowledge, and boy is she a smart cookie, lol! First though, a little history. To our dismay, we had been dealing with another agent who didn't know her right from her left and was astronomically inept. Therefore, we were worried at first that we'd encounter the same level of incompetence as the other agent, but oh boy, NOTHING could have been further from the truth! April's knowledge of real estate regulations, Texas laws, common practices, and experience make her a shining star. She knows this business front and back, in and out, blindfolded and one hand tied behind her back; she's sharp! Next, let's focus on personality and professionalism. A++ as far as we're concerned. Rarely does one encounter someone who's this knowledgeable and extremely personable as well. Now, don't think she's all about the rose colored glasses or any other used car salesman tactics like some agents because she's the complete opposite. April has tact and good core values, plain and simple. She'll always greet you with a smile and discuss your best options with a relaxed and calm disposition, but she'll also give it to you straight and have the data to support her stance. No bull or beating around the bush. She'll give you the ugly truth rather than a pretty lie, and quite frankly, that's my kind of gal. When dealing with money and big life decisions such as the sale of a home, honesty really IS the best policy, and it's clear to us she keeps honesty at the forefront of her business practices. Due to COVID-19, society was unexpectedly turned on its head, and in reference to the sale of our home, we could have easily had a much different story to tell today. Fortunately, April did her homework and managed to roll with the punches. In all sincerity, I am actually a little sad that we won't be seeing her anymore now that our home has sold, but we're also ecstatic at how quickly our home was able to sell during the pandemic. Therefore, I'd like to close by reiterating how extensively pleased we are with April's know-how, charismatic abilities, diligence, and integrity. She's a class act, and Century 21 is fortunate to be able to have an agent of this caliber representing them.

I have no words to thank April for selling my house in Dallas which sat in the market for 10 months. She got us a contract as soon as she listed the property, had picky buyers that pulled out but got us back into contract after 3 of cancelling the first offer. She was on top of everything, called regularly to check repairs, found us contractors, met with contractors at site, requested all invoices, and made this sell seamless!! She is simply amazing and extremely knowledgeable in her field. So I used her again on the purchase of my current home which I purchased directly from my landlord and she took care of the contract, title company and any additional paper work needed to close on my house in Plano.
