I sold my family home in Atlanta and relocated to the DMV. I was eager to purchase a house and quickly found a realtor. The first realtor(not April White) was not helpful and it was very discouraging and frustrating. At one point I felt like going back to Atlanta until one of my son's friends recommended April White and what a blessing.April is an excellent listener and took into account everything I had expressed. I was interested in downsizing and she was so helpful in that arena as well. She gave me several options in the Maryland and District of Columbia area to consider. The housing market in the South and DMV are different and April was so good at walking me through this new adventure. She was also available to meet me at a house site and gave me room to consider this major purchase. April took into account my house budget and never pressured me to do something that I did not feel comfortable with.I am a retiree and wanted to downsize. Finally I was able to find a house to purchase.She located a house in a beautiful safe community in DC with friendly neighbors. The house was in need of repairs and April guided me through that maze as well. She has an eye of a home designer and should have a spot on the Home and Garden television. She was able to assist me in transforming this house in an updated home. She was able to suggest rearranging rooms - expanding the master bedroom- painting colors- even the two wooden flower boxes that fit perfectly on my old fashion southern style front porch.I feel so blessed having April White as my realtor and highly recommend her to any prospective house buyers.
