I cannot stress enough the importance of finding the right person to navigate through the stressful, yet rewarding experience of buying your first home. There are so many ups and downs in the whole process that you need someone like Arcides to help you get through it all. First off, you have to know that he’s fully invested in helping you find the RIGHT home and not just try to sell you anything that comes up in the marketplace. He is a determined, dedicated, organized and responsible man who will give you his professional opinion and help you see beauty and potential where you you might not. My husband and I had a horrible experience with a relative, who is also a realtor and had just started. Trust me, calling themselves realtors or having a license does NOT make them one. That was our first mistake, DON’T INVOLVE RELATIVES OR FRIENDS in something that is so sensitive, time consuming and stressful, trust me you’ll lose more than you’ll gain. Thankfully our guardian angel ARCIDES stepped up thanks to my sister’s recommendation and we’re just SO GRATEFUL! We had several issues with the first home that we put an offer in and thankfully he was on top of it all the time dealing with the other realtor and making sure our deposit money was safe. He fought for us until the end and advised us when he felt we needed to let it go. He was also a shoulder to lean on when we felt like we couldn’t go through losing the house we thought was “the one” and motivated us to keep looking, without pressuring us into anything, because he knew there was something better out there. And…..Thankfully for us (and his sanity, because I drove the man CRAZY) we found THE ONE. He’s truly a professional with many years of experience and many houses sold, who invests as much time with a 10k house as he would with a 10 million house. SO, if you are looking for the real deal in real estate….trust me when I say..he is your man!
