Aric Martinez

I spent 10 years in the United States Navy, and when I got out in 2005 I started in the mortgage business. When the market crashed in 2008, the company I was working for closed, and I was working with a house flipper for a couple years, and got my real estate license in 2011. I've been doing it full time ever since, and am consistently in the top 2-3% of Realtors in my area year after year. I am also a student of the market, and am always on top of what is happening. I'm heavily involved in the local Realtor association, and that network has significantly helped my clients during such a competitive market because the agent on the other side often knows who I am when we submit offers. I love working with people, and I love our community of Hampton Roads.
