We met Arica through my mother in law when she helped find her a new place! We contacted her a couple years ago when we were thinking about listing our home for sale. Arica was super helpful she came over and met with us and brought everything we would need to make a decision if it was the right time for us to list our house. At that time after talking about it we decided that we weren't ready to sell yet. Arica was very respectful of our decision and said she would be happy to help when we were ready! About a year later after having a baby we decided we were ready for a new place and Arica was our first call! She met with us again went over everything and we decided it was the perfect time to list our house! Her team was awesome during the process, I was always notified as soon as someone wanted to schedule a showing on the house and they always called to make sure it was a good time before setting it up. We ended up getting a couple offers on the house and accepted one! She was super helpful during the closing process, anytime we had questions I always got an answer the same day and never felt like she was to busy to help us even though her life is always going a million miles per hour! Arica is truly a professional she knows what she's doing and does it very well. We will definitely recommend all of our friends and family to her. Sometimes selling a house is almost a joy. This one was.. We really had to sell our house (over 3000 sq. ft. in the country for a couple of advancing years is too much house to manage) and had tried for six months with another real estate agent. We saw only potential buyers who really didnt want our house. After the six months we were despondent with the lack of action, let alone success. We took our house off the market. Then we remembered Arica Song of Song Real Estate who had knocked on our door a year earlier while she was selling the house next to us (the selling seemed to be efficient and fast and the neighbors liked her). She left her card and said if we ever wanted to sell we might consider asking her. We checked and found she had a great selling record so we called. At first her plan seemed elaborate with someone staging our house and then an outside photographer doing the pictures. (Im a photographer and I consider I have more than adequate photos of our house). Anyway Julie, my wife, and I decided to give Arica a chance and do whatever she told us to do. (Im rarely that compliant.) Things happened rapidly. Within two weeks we had an offer and, with the usual bargaining, we arrived at a selling price which was only a little below what we hoped for. Even better was a six week to closing date. A survey followed was followed by some slightly expensive repairs at the buyers request. We did these anyway (though Erica may have negotiated) and everything went supremely well from there. Good communication from Song Real Estate, documents arriving on time (DocuSign is a new and fast world for me) and the closing happened exactly as planned. So we would have no hesitation in recommending Song Real Estate to anyone like us who has a slightly unusual house and would like swift action.

She helped me get the property cleaned up, hired people to clean, got me 20% over the asking price, and the money from the sale was in my account a week to the day from when we LISTED it. Fabulous!!! It took me more time to choose an agent than to sell my house. Arica is EXCELLENT at marketing. She has a degree in sports marketing, and she has translated that into real estate sales. We had 8 showings and 4 offers -- 2 at FULL PRICE within 2 weeks of listing my home in Elmira, Oregon. If you are in the Veneta-Elmira area or rural West Lane County, absolutely go with Arica of Song/Hybrid Real Estate. I can't say enough positive things about her.
