He listed my property for lease, never showed up in showings just sending random unprofessional people to show my place, finally a customer was found and he pushed me to rent to them telling me it’s pandemic you won’t find tenants better than them, they are nice people and friends of a friend of mine and he guaranteed them over many texts to me without doing proper background and credit check.(very unprofessional).He sent us online agreement and we signed. After 2 weeks I found out that they were not a family and bunch of jerks, they started not paying my rents and fights and drugs in my place. It’s 6 months that these tenants are annoying my neighbors and me and the only thing Arman did for me as his guarantee was calling one of my tenants and cursing him with very bad words and just telling me talk to your lawyer. I requested my $1200 money back from him that he charged me for his stupid job and he blocked me and refused to refund. He just wanted his money and not caring for his customers.

Horrible experience. “Approved” my husband and I immediately to rent a home with stipulations that weren’t stated in the original contract. Found reasons to call us “red flag renters” for ridiculous reasons including the fact that I have excellent credit and my husbands was only “good” but would be willing to rent to us if we put a down-payment of 3x the rent (equalling $10,000 up front). Wanted to continue negotiating terms after we said, no thank you. Basically he is willing to take anyone’s money for shady application fees with the purpose to find reasons why he should raise your prices. Total con-man. Don’t recommend leasing a year from someone who will take everything that they can from you. Best of luck.

Scammer Alert ⚠️ 💥 I'm here to share my bad experiences with this realtor. My family got in contact by this man, he represents himself as a Realtor, he requested from us $55 por an application, we were trying to rent a house that he manage. This guy's basically scams us, didn't give us the place for rent and just took our money, one of his workers mentioned that he's been doing this for a while and pretty much just used other people's house to get money, stay away from him, he just going to take your money
