This tool never communicates with his clients. If you buy a home listed by this idiot be prepared for the seller to never leave to property while you tour. The sellers will leave piles of garner his direction. I would rate him less than a zero if possible. He tells buyers “the roof is in great condition”. Then after inspection gets upset because it actually needs $20k in repairs. He tells buyers “it will be professionally cleaned” then when you finally have to kick the seller out after closing, “I guess it’s not going to happen “. This guy is a grade A #1 POS! I would avoid this person at all costs
