- Arthur listed and sold my home
Did not return many phone calls and texts. Did not make agreed upon adjustments in a timely fashion. Was sometimes rude. Did as little to market my home as he could get by with. I would have fired him, but was hindered by the contract. He had no idea the worth of my home, and took months to get the price right. He was a nightmare.
