I personally knew Art through another profession prior to contacting him for realtor services. He was always hard working and dedicated to the job so I had complete confidence that he would do the same selling our home. He had several suggestions for us to get it ready to sell that would maximize our profit. He was also willing to listen to our thoughts and concerns and gave advice and feedback on the decisions we made that were honest and not sugar coated.
