Art helped us sell a rental home. The tenants (family) had lived there for 17 years and did not want to leave. It was a difficult situation for us. Art referred us to a real estate attorney. He sat with us through the meetings with the attorney and assisted with every step of the eviction paperwork. He explained everything in layman's terms and helped us to understand we were not being mean people by making the tenants (family) move out. Mr. Vasquez was the best thing to have happened to my wife and I in the whole house hunting process. From the beginning he told us not to worry and he'd help us get thru this stressful process. Mr. Vasquez sold and found us a great home. He showed us countless properties even on Sundays he always found time to show us properties. My family got really close to Art my 3 year old son started say we going with Art today!! LOL. I am very proud to say he is my Friend.
