We're extremely satisfied with our home-shopping/buying experience with Asako! Not only was she highly knowledgeable and patient, she's also very easy to communicate with -- always prompt and responsive through all modes of communication. She always took the time to thoroughly review all contracts and documents with us, highlighting important areas of note and bringing our attention to anything that might be worth our knowing or required our attention. She always checked in on us, making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed, as well as ensured we stayed on track throughout the escrow process. She maintained fantastic communication with us the whole time and also helped us to coordinate/schedule all the necessary appointments with vendors/contractors/movers. We often wonder if she ever sleeps, because she operates like a machine lol! Even after closing, Asako took the time to follow-up on us to see how things were going. Though the home-buying process went very smoothly, we did encounter a challenge soon after, regarding the AHS home warranty we purchased. We used the AHS service shortly after moving in to our new home, but to our disappointment, their service and customer service (or lack thereof) were subpar to say the least. When Asako checked in with us, we informed her about the experience. Upon learning of our negative dealings with AHS, she continued to stay in touch and assisted us with cancelling the AHS contract. Asako always went above and beyond, ensuring we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home purchase and was quick to help us resolve any/all issues we had. We genuinely feel she’s committed to putting her clients first, because she’s proven it time and again whenever she helps us out. We are truly grateful for Asako’s strong work ethics, dedication, kindness and caring, and exceptional abilities! We’re really fortunate to have gotten the chance to work with Asako and her team, and we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future!

I was trying to purchase a home in Hawaii but unfortunately circumstances changed and I can't buy anything until early next year. Asako was amazing from the first time I met her at a buyer's meeting. She was very kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a bad experience with another realtor in the past so I was a bit skeptical meeting another realtor but Asako changed all of that. She was never pushy but really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She's always writing notes and she made me feel like I was the most important client to her. Asako and I have seen over 20 properties so far in the last 2 months. She's never looked tired or inpatient with my continue search of homes. I am a very picky client who has to find the perfect home. I'm very grateful for Asako for guiding me through and being there for me every steps of the way. I would never use any other realtors besides Asako because she's truly the BEST!

From start to finish, Asako never wavered from her incredible dedication and commitment to the highest level of client service throughout our challenging 1031 Exchange process that involved a sale in California and purchase in Hawaiʻi. If the cross-state 1031 Exchange itself wasn’t complicated enough, the transaction also involved a family trust. Asako unflinchingly took on the challenge and quickly educated herself and us on all that was required to complete the process as seamlessly as possible. We have worked with some good realtors in the past, however, not every experience has been positive and as result we have become cautious trusting realtors. Asako put in extraordinary time and effort to earn our trust and exceeded our expectations repeatedly, and working with her has been our first great home-buying experience. This is not to say there were no difficulties; however, the exceptionally professional manner in which Asako consistently navigated those hurdles won our respect and admiration. She was always open and responsive to my constructive feedback, adjusting her approach when needed while also remaining confident and grounded in her honest responses when appropriate. We know Asako has other important clients, but she always managed to make us feel like her priority. She spent dozens of hours on the phone coordinating communication with California at all hours of the day due to the time difference, taking the time to listen, understand, and connect with everyone on a personal and not just professional level, earning their trust and respect. All involved agrees she is a true pleasure to work with. Without even a hint of frustration, she showed us dozens of homes over many weeks, driving all the way from the other side of the island to accompany us personally each time. Asako epitomizes going above and beyond in her work, always answering communications promptly, even outside of regular business hours. She went as far as to coordinate offers while traveling off-island with her family. She gathered and presented important information to inform our decision-making even without our asking, as if she could predict our needs before we even knew we had them. When we were not able to reach agreement with the sellers Asako stepped in and generously offered a portion of her commission for closing in an attempt to save the deal. Although that ultimately was not needed, I have no doubt that she would have done all in her power to ensure success. She made numerous trips to the property on our behalf during escrow to check one thing or another, and even served as a de facto “project manager” for the contractors who completed repairs on the property, spending hours on site during construction to ensure all scheduled work was completed on-time and to our satisfaction. She was highly effective in securing the answers and agreements we required to ensure a successful closing. Since that winning close, she has continued to be readily accessible to us and helped us get the property successfully rented almost immediately. Asako is the hardest working realtor I have encountered, who also authentically has her clients’ best interest at heart. We hope to retain her for all future home purchases or sales, and will recommend her without hesitation to everyone we know.
