Me and my family hired Ashley to sell our house of 30 years on Bedford Drive in South Salinas. We could not have made a better choice at all. She did everything you could ask for, she was supportive, informative , encouraging and just genuinely a sweet/ kind person. She has such a positive and happy energy it just radiates off her. One of the other things I would like to point out is her availability, most of the time she always picks up right away and if not will let you know shell contact you as soon as she can and she always comes through responding so quickly. I know she deals with many other clients but the way she is always there for you it feels like youre her only client. It was something I was truly impressed and thankful for. Also I would like to touch on how positive she is, we dealt with a few hiccups on our end and she was always so positive and reassuring it put us at ease. There is no problem or barrier Ash doesnt think she can solve, she has such a confidence. As far as getting what we wanted for our house we did that plus 31k over asking price and sold our house in less then a week. Also I would like to mention we werent just selling and moving locally. We were relocating out of state to Texas and she also helped us with ordering pods, looking into Texas real estate and coordinating exceptionally with our Texas realtor.I dont think she could have done anything better than she did. I dont throw the word perfect round much but Ash is as close to perfect as you can get. Anyone would be blessed to have her sell their house.
